We offer quality buildings located within the New Plymouth CBD which are a mix of retail, office, hospitality and wholesale commercial space. We pride ourselves in being responsive to our clients needs which includes building modifications, interior design and fit out and all repairs.

Mike and Paul are responsible for strategic planning and manage all aspects of our client relationships such as researching and planning tailored design and build requirements, lease negotiations with your commercial agent, property reviews and forward planning.
Steve Ekdahl Project Manager LBP
Steve operates a team of three qualified builders and is responsible for contractor relationships and management of all projects and fit outs. His team understand the importance of delivering exactly what tenants require, on time and within budget.
Phil Ekdahl Maintenance Manager
Phil and his team are responsible for general maintenance issues including minor building repairs, landscaping and garden maintenance. Taking quick care of any building issue and overall building and frontage appeal and is their goal.
